Sintered 8000 Base

A new, extremely durable material made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and carbon. The base is easily repairable, highly wax-absorbent, and incredibly fast.

Wend Natural Wax

Jones boards are ready to use straight from the shop and are factory waxed with WEND Natural Wax.

Koroyd

Koroyd is the lightest and most advanced damping core material we've ever tested. Koroyd absorbs vibrations and provides improved response at a low weight, increasing control and confidence.

Triax fiber optic

Multi-axis, stitched fiberglass laminates that enable a precise and responsive ride in any terrain and snow conditions.

Flax/Basalt Power Stringer

Sustainable stringers made from 100% natural fibers. Basalt stringers improve torsional responsiveness and transfer power from the feet to the board's tips to eliminate nose and tail vibrations.

Factory Tuned

All Jones snowboards are factory detonated at the tip and tail, so you can go straight from the shop to the mountain.

Forever Flex

Forever Flex is a new manufacturing process that helps stabilize a board's flexibility and rocker for life.

Recycled ABS sidewalls

ABS plastic is one of the unavoidable byproducts of snowboard production. We improve the sustainability of our snowboards by using only recycled plastic.

Oversized recycled edges

All Jones boards are made with oversized recycled steel edges to increase durability and make production more sustainable.

Bio-Resin

Bio-Resin is a bio-based epoxy resin made from 27% plant-based carbon instead of petroleum-based carbon. The organic raw materials used to produce Bio-Resin are byproducts or waste products from plant-based industrial processes. Bio-Resin production generates 33% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than conventional epoxy resin.

Eco-plastic topsheet

Bioplastic topsheet made from castor beans. This environmentally friendly material is ultralight, scratch- and impact-resistant, and water- and dirt-repellent (snow adheres less to the topsheet).

Power Core

Three-ply solid wood core with hardwood bamboo stringers for added pop and durability, plus Paulownia wood for weight savings.
